1. 英语是一种语言。今天，说英语是差不多人人都能做到的。在一些外资企业，良好的英语水平也是

寻求一个优势地位的基本要求。但是说好英语并不意味你可以做一切你喜欢做的事，因为它只是一个交际

工具，而并非一种特殊技能。

2. 活跃和充满交流感的气氛是一堂课基本的要求，英语也不例外。我认为要实现这个目标应从以下

几个方面来努力：

（1）我们教师自身应该精力充沛，并常用鼓励性和肯定性的课堂用语。

（2）让课堂充满创意。在课堂上，我们可以使用一些简短的句子、身体语言与学生进行交流。我们应该

给学生清晰的目标，并给他们去尝试、创造，并允许他们犯错，从而使课堂变得放松和有交流感，营造轻松进

行英语交流的氛围。

（3）组织游戏和活动。活动包括分组合作、竞争、角色扮演、猜谜、全身反应活动等。无论使用哪种活

动，要经常变换方式。

（4）让学生在问问题和回答问题时感觉舒适。不要去批评学生的任何问题，给学生更多的问答机会，让

学生和老师在互动中学习，这样学生才会保持英语学习的兴趣和激情。
